What is DCE?
DCE is a person who has been trained to help with the
counselor education program within his council.
He is taught to assess the training needs, and develop stuctured
workshops or training sessions to fill those needs.
DCEs commit to a minimum of three years.
They are trained through three weekend training sessions (Phase
1, 2, 3)
